Vicky (Akshay Kumar) is an aspiring singer who is devoted to his true love, Anjali (Amisha Patel). He gets a big offer from a music company in Canada and accepts it. In Canada, he meets the owner of the company, Natasha (Karisma Kapoor). Natasha helps Vicky become a star, however, Vicky is unaware of Natasha's hidden motives. Natasha knew Vicky in college and harboured a deep infatuation for him. Natasha's father had warned her that her love for Vicky can never be, as Vicky loved Anjali, but she refused to listen. When Natasha's father died in a car accident, Natasha, with no one else to love, put all her love and devotion on Vicky aside, and has been alone ever since.

A talented artist falls in love with a doctor. He loses his eyesight in an accident and wounds up a prisoner of a cruel princess. He escapes, and is helped by another man, who nurtures and allows him to recuperate. When the artist returns home, he find that the girl he wants to marry is engaged to the man who helped him recover.

Suraj and Aman then take the life of crime to con people when they grow up they come across Pasha a drug lord and Suraj gets fascinated by his lifestyle. Aman meets Asha a club singer and both fall in love. Suraj and Aman get a contract from Pasha to kill Vicky whose testifying against him But Aman finds he is brother of Asha and decides to give away the life of crime and turn a police informer. While Suraj has become a big name in drug world and wants Pasha's throne. Suraj and Aman then part ways and Suraj blames Asha for everything and wants her dead.

Raju is his real name but due to his unhealthy and unkempt manner of living, he is called "Junglee" by everyone in his village, all save for ex-convict Ustad Anwar who has served time for murder, and his father. When Raju's dad passes away, the local money-lender gives him an ultimatum to either re-pay the loan or he will take possession of his house and land. Raju decides to hitch a ride to Bombay, get a job, save some money, buy a couple of bullocks, till his land and re-pay the money-lender. No one gives him a ride, so he stows away in the back of a fruit-laden truck, which has one more stowaway, a run-away gypsy named Tarna. Both of them meet, fall in love, promise to help and marry each other. After the truck ride, they board a goods train bound for Bombay, but during the journey both get separated. A few months Raju finds out that Tarna is now known as Meenakshi, a movie actress. When he goes to meet her, he is told by a man named Ashok, that Tarna is his wife.

Sabuj learns that Saathi, the girl he loves, is his friend Rahul's girlfriend and decides to conceal his feelings for her while secretly doing everything to keep her happy.

Beena works as a stage actress and lives a poor lifestyle with her widowed mother. One day while returning home she is molested by Bankhe and two other men, but Rajan comes to her rescue. He escorts her home and soon both of them fall in love with each other. Rajan`s dad, Rai Bahadur Gangasaran, is wealthy and does not approve of Beena at all. But when Rajan threatens to leave him, he changes his mind and permits them to get married. After the marriage they settle down to a harmonious life and soon Beena becomes pregnant. One night while driving, Rajan gets a flat tire, he leaves Beena in the car in order to get help. When he returns Beena has disappeared. She returns home the next day, and everyone is relieved to have her back. A few days later they get the news that Gopal, the Manager of the Theatre that Beena used to work with, has been arrested and charged with killing a man named Ratanlal. Gangasaran is on the jury and would like Gopal to get a fair trial.
